The cars as a whole are wonderful but the manager on my second car rental at this location took their score from a 5 star to a 3 star rating. She has terrible customer service and the same thing she refused 3 times no one else had an issue with.

We had to get a rental while our car was being repaired after an accident.
Hertz took good care of us.
They worked with our insurance and supplied us with a new Ford Bronco that was fun to drive.

Great customer service, and the ease of picking up and dropping off was great as well no problems whatsoever. I will definitely choose hertz over any rental company around !

The office hours online are incorrect. The sign on the door said they closed at 5:00 p.m., even though we booked our reservation at 5. Incredibly frustrating, with no accountability from the business. I'll likely get a corporate response that says they'll strive to do better, even though they won't.

Terrible experience. Customer service was horrible! Walked in after completing a reservation to be told they had no cars available and he couldn't help me and he could care less what I reserved, there were no cars. At the last minute a truck was available and then was told I was going to have to pay extra which I didn't, but it was a horrible experience. Shame on Hertz for showing cars they don't have and shame on the manager on duty for not having better customer service skills. Golden Rule should be a basic principle for any business. I am sure he would have lost his top if he had been treated the way he treated me especially in front of other customers.

I didn't get to actually meet anyone when I dropped off my car - it was after hours and I had a one-way rental from Indy - but their staff member was very pleasant this morning when I called to verify that everything was OK.

Please read the reviews which warn you against this location. They are 100% correct. Do not rent or return here. They are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. The main guy with glasses really does not care and should not be in customer service. I've dealt with him personally and watched him be rude to others who walked in. Just consistently bad overall.
