I WILL ALWAYS GO HERTZ!!! Shelby is ALWAYS top notch!! Knowledgeable to the fullest and always smiling and laughing. The Mattis location never let's me down even with last minute rentals. I've been renting here for a few years and have been completely satisfied on every rental. Mattis branch is 10 stars always.....

Despite being seemingly understaffed, the folks here are really efficient. I loved being in and out of here within 10 minutes, both at pick up and drop off.
If there’s any room for improvement, maybe a houseplant or two so the place doesn’t feel like the DMV.
