Worst customer service I ever received by the Manager Shelby. She really needs to be careful how she talks to customers. Her attitude is dissaterous, and one day, it will definitely get her in trouble. I made reservations to pick up a vehicle, and when i got there, the manager canceled my reservations and said she had no vehicles. She offered no solution to the problem. She tried to deflect and say I was the problem. I was more than respectful until she disrespected me. I just read over 10 reviews about her bad customer service, and yet she's still working there. Apparently, Hertz does not care about customer experience because the same person continues to get complained about often. My next complaint is the BBB. I will never use Hertz again.

Extremely unprofessional manager in the hertz unit here. I have never seen such disrespect for any customers who are genuinely asking valid questions.Upon arriving to pick up the rented car, first started with a black man then a white man who was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, informing me the car was no longer available. Why was I not notified in advance about this? It is absurd that they allowed me to come all the way there only to be given such nonsense.They told that they don’t have a car for me even though they had multiple on the lot. Their explanation? That they were already reserved. So what was the point of my reservation and paying ahead? He let me know that I could hangout until 5pm in hopes that someone else returns a car.. Are you kidding me? Like what the heck ???Since when does the policy change from reserving a car to "first come, first served"? This is completely unacceptable.I will never recommend this establishment. I suggest you all go to hell for sure. WHATEVER ????

The worst employees I've ever seen I frequently rent vehicles from Avis, Enterprise, National, and Hertz, but this branch is the worst of all of them. I truly appreciate Hertz for their prices and cars, but the staff here is rude and disrespectful to the customers.As a member of the Presidential Circle in Hertz, I can see that they don't even give a damn about the patrons; all they want is for them to get out of there because they are constantly arguing with them. I think the manager is the primary candidate responsible for all of this since she is so arrogant and ridiculous. I have visited this branch about four times, and every time I have had the same experience. The manager always comes in between while talking with the Staff regarding their concerns. I personally feel the manager knows only one word in English and that is NOI’m never gonna come to this branch again. I think the Hertz people should take it very seriously about this issue. I have seen all other people reviews all are having the same about the manager and staff. The whole point is the staff doesn’t really know hot to work and how to talk with their customers.If there would be a zero rating i would definitely give zero instead of one

Reserved a car 3 weeks ahead of time as it was to be used for going out of town to see family for the holidays, therefore, I wanted to make sure it was available. Asked about acceptable payment methods before booking, and was told credit or debit. No cash. That's fine. The day before the booking, I called and asked if any debit card will work, or if it had to be a bank card. Was told it had to be a bank card. No problem. I transferred the money over to my bank card. Day of booking. I need a credit card. What? I literally asked TWICE if my bank card would suffice and was told it would both times. But no problem. I have a credit card with enough to cover the rental. But NO! It has to have enough for the rental AND a $500 deposit. (Also NEVER mentioned) And so I try to call my credit card to see if I can make an expedited payment to have enough to cover the full rental and deposit, as i didnt want to miss my holiday with my family. I told the man at the counter i was going to make a call really quick, and all of a sudden a heavy set lightskin girl comes out the back and says "we're about to close and I'm not waiting for nobody to get up here" I literally never said I was calling somebody to come there. I told her i'm just trying to see if I can figure something out with my credit card because nobody told me this stuff. She said "yes, you we're told so you need to figure it out soon because once we close, you gotta leave." How can she tell me what i was told? I was never on the phone with a female during any of the calls.She was extremely rude. Hertz has good rates, and even though the credit card situation was inconvenient, I still would have returned for their rates alone. But because of her attitude, and her attitude alone, I will happily pay and extra 1 or 2 hundred bucks to be treated like a valued customer somewhere else because THAT was the rudest service I've experienced in a long time (possibly ever). I sat in their lobby on the phone fighting my tears worried whether I'd see my family for the holidays while being berated by a woman who wasn't even helping me. And I wasn't rude to their staff at all. I maybe asked a lot of questions to try to see if I could split payments or try different cards or options, but I was never impolite so I don't know what possessed her to come out talking to me like that, but I work in customer service as well, and I'd be FIRED if my boss ever heard me talk like that. Hope they get better employees. I may consider coming back.

I made a reservation online. When I got there, they told me I needed a credit card for same day booking. They could have called me and told me, sent an email out or listed that online during booking! I wasted $20 on LYFTs! I don’t understand why I can’t use my damn bank card! Lesson learned! I will not ever book with them anymore!!

Please do me a favor and take your services somewhere else..... Don't know where to start...... I came to Hertz since my car Was in the Body Shop and State Farm Had renting me a car for the time being .. Hertz informed me that I had to pay a $50 security Deposit just in case The car were to Get damaged.... Fast forward to Today... I turned in the rental this morning and pick up my car. . I called up Hertz to see when I'll be Getting my deposit back... She first Started to say we'll unfortunately Since u didn't Use our Insurance policy and Didn't bring back the tank full we ain't gunna reimburse u the 50. Wait.... First of all I never said I ever declined the insurance. I already had.. And in regards to the gas. To begin with the gas wasn't even full. And I have proof. It was at 7/8 Qt full and u gunna tell me I didn't bring it back full. Nobody had told me I had to bring it back full If that's was the case yall should of told me. And guess what. I filed a complaint to corporate and I getting my money back... Very Rude and unprofessional ppl..

This place got me a car right away as a walk-in after Enterprise Car Rental muffed up my reservation, and I was able to extend my rental without any fuss or issues. I will definitely come here again!

Insurance reserved car at different company. When I went to pick up at scheduled time that company said “no car available for three days.”Insurance then contacted Hertz, who not only provided car but also delivered to me at the shop repairing my car. Hertz’s customer service was fantastic. They have become my top choice fir car rental because they treated me as customer should be treated.

Extremely unprofessional manager in the hertz unit here. I have never seen such disrespect for any customers who are genuinely asking valid questions. Let me explain what happened to me.I'm hertz president circle member (highest level). I had one main issue. I took the car and did a quick check on cleaniness. I found some trash right next to the wipers (see photos). I reached out to the manager and notified my issue politely and asked what can be done.The manager responded extremely rude and impolitely for the request as follows -"the car is fully washed and cleaned. We cannot do anything else". I asked her, please stop by the car and I would like to show you the trash on the car. The manager responded - " the car is fully washed. If you have problem with the car, I will cancel the reservation. It is extremely demeaning for us to come and clean the car. You cannot ask that.". I was perplexed on the response I received from the manager. I didn't ask the manager to clean the car. My question was quite simple, what can be done. I responded to the manager, "do you expect customer to clean up the trash and it is not demeaning for the customer?". The manager responded with threatening words, "I'm going to cancel the reservation if you want that.".Such rudeness and impoliteness for a customer never I have seen.

Very bad attitude and service. The lady who took us is a racist and making things difficult on us intentionally. We have been president circle members for a very long time and this lady asked tons of things to prove ourselves, that those things were never asked or a problem at ANY other Hertz locations. Don’t check out this place - thety are not trying to help. They are just making things up to make the procedure complicated and make your life difficult intentionally.

AWFUL service. They don’t answer their phones at all. Called multiple times and they don’t answer and hang up when they do. They don’t know how to do their jobs and keep charging cards MONTHS after going there. They say they can’t do anything even though THEY charged it. They say to call corporate and corporate says THEY need to do it. NEVER RENT FROM THEM! AWFUL!
