Had some troubles getting the wrong equipment rental. Managed to get back to the store right as they were closing. Michael W. was super nice and helpful and was able to remedy the problem, even though it was going to hold him past getting off work. Extremely professional, super courteous, and very helpful!

Great store. Today I had three customer support personnel that were some of the most helpful staff at a DIY store that I've ever had. They should be, and their respective managers should be, congratulated.
