“I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store today! The lady who assisted me with shipping my packaging box was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and made sure my package was properly secured before sending it off. I appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my package arrived safely at its destination. The store itself was clean and organized, with plenty of packaging materials and shipping options to choose from.
