The 6 photos that I took with them were smudged by the ink that I needed to write at the back of each photo. It was my fault that I did not use sharpie. But they still let me retake 6 photos without charge. It was a huge help for me because I needed to mail out the documents on the same day. Staples made sure that can happen. Thank you!”
