“I dropped my daughter off at school after driving about 1000 miles from Maine to drop her, her stuff, and her car off at college. Being a semi-respectable father, I wanted to give her car service so it would be a decent running order for the semester. We went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change in the tire rotation. They showed me a very filthy filter, which I happily agreed to replace, and then suggested that given the mileage of the car we should do a radiator flush. I hesitated a little bit due to the price, but hey, can you put a price on a decent running car for a daughter 1000 miles away in college? No. So I got the radiator flush ordered. As we sat down and began reading a little bit of a dated material on the coffee table The manager came back in and said that he had taken a look at the radiator and everything was checking out fine so I didn’t need to get it done. I was so thankful for him being upfront with me. I would’ve happily paid it and moved on and never gave it a second thought, but to know that someone took the time to verify if I needed an extra service is a gesture that I was very grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend anyone to go to this Jiffy Lube. Thank you, guys!”

Wait time is never longer than 10 Mins ,Neil Street has been the only location I’ve been going to for all 3 of my cars since I moved here a few years ago. I’ve sent family & friends to this location on Neil street in Champaign & everyone has come back to me with only Great things to say about the staff . Keep up the great work Guys! “This is the best place to get tires. The owner is super friendly and they get you in and out in no time without an appointment. Unlike Walmart who makes you wait forever. I always get my tires here and I send my family and friends. They always thank me and rave about the service and reasonable prices.”

“First visit. I was impressed with the facility, the concept, and the staff. Adam guided me through the process and made me feel like a valued customer. His team worked together well, getting me in and out quickly. They did not try to upsell services or parts I did not need. I will return!”

“My minivan had a series of engine misfires on a cross country road trip, and fortunately it happened next to this repair shop. I called them up and the staff was friendly, suggested I come right in for a tune-up. They were able to get new spark plugs and ignition coils installed, and I was back on the road within 6 hours. Their price was reasonable for the combination of speed and quality I was looking for and my original mechanic for my van had told me the same thing about it also needing a new gasket for this work on this van. I would definitely recommend this shop and appreciate their employees who went beyond to help me get going, even taking a late lunch to finish putting my auto back together faster.”

“This place is a vast improvement from the last car wash that was there. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. The wash itself does a pretty good job as well. The price is very reasonable for what you get.”

“Rob is the best! He has taken care of 2 of our vehicles for years & even helped me troubleshoot/fix non-oil-related car problems. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He also is very helpful in guiding new employees. I would rather go here and pay for an oil change than go to the dealership for a free one.”

“Very rude service and car wash doesn’t clean anything….

Edit: I accidentally ended up at this car wash again several months later after searching for the nearest one without realizing it was the same place. Since I was already there, I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did.

This time, several staff members were helping at the payment kiosk, and they were all very polite and respectful. Inside the wash, the workers’ attitudes were also much better than before. On my previous visit, they had been yelling at me to switch to neutral, but it was impossible to hear anything over the noise of the wash, plus, most other car washes in town let you stay in park or slowly drive through.

This time, they simply pointed to the English instructions on the wall, which made everything clear and easy to follow. The experience overall was much more positive, and my car came out noticeably cleaner.

I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I’d recommend that management continue to have staff point out the instructions to customers, as it makes a big difference for communication inside the noisy wash area.”

“They let me know I had a coolant leak while changing the oil. Spot on, my water pump was cracked. I was there for all of 20 minutes tops from start to finish of the oil change. They were quick and easy to get service through, and nice enough to let me know of an additional problem.

They topped up my coolant as well which was very nice of them after seeing the leak, and that I was low.”

“I walked in and they could not find the appointment my father made for having his tires changed. They were very understanding and were able to squeeze us in. Waya was the gentleman that helped me. Amazing customer service!”
