I tried to change the color of the paint I bought from this store with slightly lighter tones. The person I spoke to on the phone for help was not helpful in any way, he refused my alternative solutions. I don't think I will buy anything from this store again.

They ( Jennifer on Matti's Ave Store ) done a great job matching a sample I had brought in... It was critical that the paint matched the existing .
