Paris and her staff are TOP SHELF. I have used U-Haul in many states and locations - it is a trusted service. All locations are not run with the professionalism and courtesy as University Blvd.
I am imperfect - I make mistakes... The staff treated me the same whether or not I asked the same question multiple times on different days.
I will look for opportunities to recommend University U-Haul to colleagues, family, students, etc. I am pleased by the cleanliness and courtesy.
Congratulations, U-Haul. Congratulations, Paris!

I've both rented a unit and some trucks from here. The storage is very clean, dry, and well illuminated. Trucks were about what you expect: look like they were made in the 90s, but perfectly functional. The only thing I'd say against them is that the advertised price for truck rental can be deceptive: there is the initial rental price they advertise, plus milage, and insurance (the real cost) if you choose to get it. So add maybe 50% onto what you see online. Still, it was way cheaper than a moving service and most other places when I moved out of state.

How fortunate that in the University of Illinois town of Champaign, IL., that the UHaul storage and Rental facility is top notch! The manager and her staff are professional, friendly, efficient and helpful! Highly recommend for storage/pick up and truck/van rental.

Customer service was great! Easy pick up and drop off using mobile app. Equipment was good with a good selection of trucks. Truck was easy to load and drive. Will definitely rent from them again.

All 4 of the employees I encounted on my pickup and dropoff visits were exceptional! Friendly, courteous, energetic, efficient, knowledgeble and helpful. Its been quite awhile since I've been so impressed by customer service at ANY business!! Great job!
Trailer was very good, clean, and worked well.
I'll be back the next time I need a rental!

The facility was clean and well organized. Paris was an exceptional associate and was able to help me efficiently and on short notice.
Despite the long line I was in and out in ten minutes with exactly what I needed.

The staff there (Paris and Tynaiah) were so helpful and provided great customer care! They walked me through the process of self storage, the access and the maps patiently and were detailed and friendly.
