"General Manager" Victor is a dishonest employee and an insult to U-haul which has earned customers' trust over the years. He flatly lied that corporate customer service has no authority to make a refund for unused supplies (though I was told by customer service I could). After his unreasonable refusal, I opened the web page chat box and typed in a short one sentence request for a refund and it was approved in a matter of minutes. High marks for U-Haul and their customer service, but zero star for this location and a joke of a GM who obviously is incapable of assuming the role.

I felt really uncomfortable going inside of this U-Haul location ... No one really seemed to know what was going on and there was someone who was clearly really, really out of it sitting right next to the entrance on the inside of the store with water splattered all over the ground. I felt bad for whoever this was but that was literally insane to see at a place of business and a vehicle pickup facility. The trailer pick-up and drop-off went smoothly but again, it was extremely uncomfortable going inside of there. I sincerely hope that the person sitting by the door got medical attention.

You should actually ask the customer if they have all of the specific pieces required to utilize renting a trailer. I.E. The hitch, the adapter for the wiring harness, etc. Waiting until the eleventh hour to figure out that we didn't have all of the necessary pieces to be able to safely rent the equipment was an extreme inconvenience and stole time out of our day. Additionally, luckily we had the additional funds to make the purchases only, since you don't offer these items to rent, otherwise, the entire interaction would've been a colossal waste of time.Lastly, because you were overwhelmed with business, you didn't properly check in our returned equipment, which was early, thus charging us for an additional day. Now I have to wait an additional 3 - 5 business days for the additional charge to be removed and properly reflect on my back account.I'd say that my experience was very poor, there was lack of care and consideration, and the professionalism was near non-existent.

I used a van to move my stuff for a short distance. Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was in good condition. Price was reasonable.

Absolutely awful. I've been here twice. One had to unhook and park a teailer myself. They couldn't even be bothered come direct me. Then waited 15 minutes for the bathroom only to find an employee was in there on his phone (clearly avoiding work). Second time, my friend was charged for 1/8 tank of gas for driving 8 miles! Avoid at all costs, there are other locations in town.

They are probably decent at their job, but when central cancels my reservation without warning and they leave my wife stranded, it is still unexcusable. I wouldn't trust them with a reservation.

I used a van to move my stuff for a short distance. Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was in good condition. Price was reasonable.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Rented a 15foot truck for downtown large city traffic. The app showed it changed to a 26foot truck largest in their fleet the morning I was to pick it up. I called and the girl said she would change it when I got there. When I arrived she said take it or leave it. The parking lot was full of smaller trucks. Terrible service will never us U-Haul at any location again. Will use their competition instead. Oh yea, left a message with general manager did not get a call back, so he doesn't care either. P.S. I rented the truck three weeks ahead of time.

This is by far the worst customer service location ive ever been to. I'm military service member and move often, and have used U-Haul exclusively for 20 years for the service and availability. When we arrived at the store, the young man told us that they did not have our truck available, and that "reservations do not guarantee a truck to be there." He was extremely rude and unhelpful, and eventually refused to help us. A truck then did get returned, and we had to wait over an hour while it was checked in, and cleaned out, only to find that it had barely any gas. All the while, the U-Haul movers we hired were sitting outside of our home waiting for us, being paid by the hour. When asked about a discount for the inconvenience of waiting 2hrs past our reservation time, and the movers waiting on us, the manager told us that he couldn't do anything because we were already getting a military discount. Also, keep in mind, you apparently need to have multiple emergency contacts now to rent a U-Haul, which is something we never encountered before. By far the absolute worst customer service experience by U-Haul. I would not advise using this location.

Make the registration for the truck through the phone better and fix it so it works. Spent 10 minutes trying to get the truck, asking for 2 references, that neither got called. Took numerous pics of my license, never was accepted. I do not recommend this feature. I still had to go in and get the truck. Too many things to do when bringing the truck back,shouldn’t have to fuel it up, since I’m paying for mileage. I’ll probably never use uhaul again. I’d rather pay more to another company

I filled the tank up to 1/4 of a tank. I showed the guy there and he said I would get my money back. However, I was charged a extra $30 for gas. After I just put in $15 of gas in the uhaul. I’ve never had any issues with being charged extra until yesterday.

Terrible service in this location, I made an appointment and they changed for another day in an specific time at 9 am, when I arrived at that time in the new date, they mentioned that installation guy will arrive until noon, personal does not have service behavior

Unfortunately, we had terrible customer service on the front end and the back end. Employees were extremely slow to get us what was needed for our truck

This is a terrible location. I rented a cargo van for 1 hour , I had to pick up a flat screen from Walmart. I ended up driving 13 miles . Once I return the vehicle they charged me 90 for gas. If you own a truck you know that 13 miles does not equal 90 worth of gas. The female u- haul employee agreed with me . She called her manager to look deeper into the situation. The manager accused me of siphoning Gas from one of there trucks. I’m a 22 years old college students , I don’t even know how to siphon gas . This was my first time renting a cargo van so I was unaware of the importance of taking pictures. But being cursed at , talked down to and accused of siphoning Gas ⛽️ is completely unacceptable. I’m obviously not the first person who has had problems with this location either , as of November 4,2021 this place has a 2.6 star rating. If it can be avoided do not come to this location . If you have the money to spend take your business to enterprise. Much more professional, they check there cars before they give them to there customers and the average employee isn’t 23 with terrible customer service skills.
