Unprofessional staff. Whoever was behind the salon counter during our visit was extremely judgemental towards my wife after asking a simple question. Noting that we were the only customers of a different demographic than the staff and seemingly the only ones being spoken to this way and watched, we chose to leave rather than make a purchase.

Twice now I’ve received used makeup from my Ulta Instacart order. Why am I receiving opened used makeup products from any store let alone one this expensive? Seal broken fingerprint in the product and another product had a tester sticker on it and it wasn’t even full. That’s b.s. and I won’t be ordering anything online from Ulta again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I bought makeup here and got my haircut. The haircut was very successful! Jacob is a great stylist and so friendly. The makeup was less successful. I have very sensitive skin and explained that to the woman helping me. I bought a bunch of skin care stuff and tried it at home and ended up returning most of it because it made me break out. I don’t recommend the products here for people with very sensitive skin

Jenna is literally the sweetest person and definitely knows how to make you laugh. She made sure to stay in my price range, and teach me how to apply certain products. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Ulta!

I went for a makeup lesson appointment. Elias went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful! With Elias’s help, we were able to figure out what was wrong (bad foundation formula), and I was recommended a foundation that worked for me (even for sensitive skin types). I felt very welcomed, catered to, and honestly loved by not just Elias, but all the workers there. Super pleased!

I didn’t catch her name, but one of the associates was incredibly helpful and friendly today! (July 2025) I was looking for a specific shade of a KDV brand liquid lipstick and she found it for me and then color matched me with a great concealer! Best experience I’ve ever had at an Ulta tbh.

Truly love coming here the staff is great kind helpful and supportive no matter what path you walk in life and how far off the beaten Trail you might be You'll Always Find friendly staff and good service for your cosmetic needs. I'm still learning how to use more makeup in my daily life, and they walk me through the steps on how to apply and have classes if you're interested. Not all their classes are listed on the website, but if you go in and ask if they offer something, you might be surprised to find that they do offer. The salon is amazing. I personally go to see the stylist who is Jacob he is incredible, but I think all their stylists are just wonderful and kind and do great work. I think you'll be happy with whoever you get and I would strongly recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I had a 3:45 PM appointment for a hair treatment that typically takes 15 minutes. Due to unavoidable traffic, I arrived just five minutes late at 3:50 PM. To my surprise, the stylist Tobias R. told me he could no longer accommodate my appointment because he had to take his lunch break. He did offer to do it in 5 minutes for the same price, which felt rushed and inconsiderate.
I understand that schedules are important, but I believe customer service should come first — especially when the delay was minimal and the service could still be completed within the original timeframe. It was disheartening to feel dismissed so abruptly. I hope Ulta Beauty considers reinforcing the importance of flexibility and professionalism when interacting with customers.

Okay, stop in your store. Wanted to look at some of the fragrances that you have waited. There for about 10 minutes. Nobody came back went up to the front to 3 young ladies. At the register, 2 people in line. Ask if someone could help me. One of the young ladies politely, looked at me and said someone will be with you shortly so I went back. I waited another 10 minutes. No one ever came the 3 young ladies was still standing there behind the counter 1 person in line. So just to let you know very poor customer service. I walked in there ready to spend about $500? Jenna and her whole crew are amazing if you have the chance stop in for the hospitality and warmness.. they are excellent with their customer service and treat everyone like family.. the pricing is excellent
