Great service and explained the new phone and plan thoroughly. Got all of my tons of apps and media transferred for me without any issues which was my biggest concern.
Verizon offered a $5 coupon for posting a review. Although the great service stands once I clicked to retrieve the $5 coupon I got a message stating it had expired, dirty trick Verizon :-/
