She kept me updated daily for 5 days until the package was found back in NY! She has exceptional customer service skills and wouldn't let go of this case until the package was found. “People always seem to have problems with our post office but not me. They are very careful with all my packages I have to ship, and pretty fast. Not as fast as ups but are much more caring with packages. I will be using usps from now on, because too many of my packages have been broken while using ups. So thank you!”
