“Tire Tracks of Wilmington IL was able to get my 2016 Ford Edge in super fast. Thirty minutes after I called explaining the problem it was in process of being fixed. They discussed the issue I had and we agreed on a plan to proceed. The technician was quick and thorough. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. They followed up after I left to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will return in the future and recommend them to others as well.”

“Belle Tires is an awesome tire shop! Went to their website and was able to do a very quick comparison of tires for my vehicle. They had a great selection and prices were very competitive. Was in and out with all 4 tires in less than an hour! As a side note, I once took my daughters SUV in because she had a flat tire and needed it fixed, they fixed it for free....and it was not purchased there!! The store Manager said he did it as a courtesy, that perhaps I would give his store consideration the next time I needed tires. I did not forget that amazing type of salesmanship and was glad I was able to give them my business. Thanks Belle Tire, and I'll see you the next time my Honda is ready for its tires!”

I stopped in to price check a new set and I got to say, the whole experience of a small buisness tire shop is so much better. No upselling or fear mongering. He ordered my tires in, we made the appointment to drop the car off a few days later, and he got the job done in just a few hours.
I'll never go back to a big box store for tires again”
“Took our 2003 Saturn to AD after finding a leak on our garage floor. Could tell it was most likely antifreeze but didn't actually tell them. Took it in right away. They called saying it was a radiator hose. They replaced hose and fluid. Shows they are honest not doing repairs that are not needed.”

“Went to shop because my Honda pilot had a screw in it. He said he can plug it, but before hand asked if it was losing air. I had said not yet so he checked if the screw punctured it he took out screw and no leak. Didn’t try to upsell. Didn’t just take in and try to say something wrong. Honest man.
