About a year and a half ago I was in a bad position, bad credit, threw a rod in my engine & needed something quick to get to work to make ends meet. I shopped with Jeff Rutledge & he did an amazing job at getting me into an affordable vehicle, but he’s also gone above and beyond. He’s more than a car salesman. Anytime I have a question or concern he’s been there. If my battery has died before work he’s taken it upon himself to check my battery, jump my car and help me more than a friend ever would. Here I am a year n a half into my purchase and my car won’t start& Jeff STILL is willing to help me fix the issue. I could go on and on about the hospitality I’ve received from him& the others at Pilson. They’re an amazing team & as long as I live in Illinois I will never shop anywhere else. “I brought both my vehicles in for oil changes and alignment over the span of two days. The store manager was incredible and kept me informed of how things were going and gave me reasonable timelines. On the second day when I dropped off my second car, the mechanic who performed the alignment on my first car asked me how it was driving and if I have noticed a difference.
In talking with the store manager, I learned they were under new management and working hard to build their business back up and repair the reputation of the shop location.
I cannot say enough great things about this team. I wasn’t upsold, prices were reasonable, and there was thorough explanation of everything. We will be coming back in the future!”

“It was pouring rain when I locked my keys inside my car. Unfortunately, my husband could not use the Ford Pass app to unlock my car due to the vehicle being in battery save mode. I called Bartley's and had my car unlocked within 5 minutes of their arrival. The guy, Trevor, that helped me was kind, professional and even helped me carry camp chairs to my car and load them in the hatchback. Service fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.”
“I'm going to give a 4 star for how nice the employees are. However, I've been turned away twice. They wouldn't change my oil because they said my oil was too high. ? They wouldn't change my tires because my wheel bearings were bad. Geez, what could you guys do for me? But I like the employees. I'm sure they were following necessary stipulations.”
