“I would characterize Paap Auto Body as an upscale auto repair shop. I never dreamed there was such a thing as an upscale auto body shop, but I found one by "accident". I went to Paap because of a strong recommendation from a neighbor a few houses away from me. He said he used them many times and wouldn't go to anyone else. A little later the insurance adjuster mentioned he used to work at Paap and only had favorable comments. He also mentioned the insurance company might not always agree with repair shop pricing. If you are not familiar with the back-room haggling between your insurance company and the repair shop, Paap keeps you informed as much as they politely should. Here is something I found out, be prepared to pay extra beyond your deductible. I don't think their pricing and quality is a fault or a mistake. When I was driving my car out of the repair shop, I almost forgot why I had it in there in the first place. I was so distracted by the car interior. It was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I think Paap will be around for a long time.Services: Painting”

I told them I was test driving other cars, too. They said “no problem.” I ended up purchasing a different car, but they picked up the Rav4 without any issues. Wow ?????”

“I’ve had two flat tires in a weeks time. One on my van and one on my Yukon. Yesterday, went to leave the ymca and noticed the flat tire on the Yukon. Called Darrin’s , his guys were leaving for lunch. I had no problem waiting, but one guy stayed through his lunch, fixed my tire, changed the oil and tightened up some clamps to prevent some other leaks! They have saved my butt more than once, such down to earth honest people! I will forever reccomend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Tires”

Me as a Mexican I can assure you that they make us feel welcome, I have sent over 50 people and all of them are extremally satisfied all Hispanic none have ever complained to me nor stated anything negative of the Pilson's team. this place is family ran; the owner Jamie Pilson is normally walking around the Car lot as well.”
