“I cannot say enough good things. Run, don’t walk! The white glove experience I had was unparalleled. My car had hail damage and then I was T-boned. Paap staff managed all of the steps if the claims behind the scenes. While insurance wound up deeming the vehicle a total loss, I am confident I would have been more than satisfied with their work based upon their handling of the entire experience. I hope I won’t be needing an auto body repair anytime soon, but if I do, no doubt I will be calling Paap!”

“Brandon Saunders at KC Summers Nissan provided us with the most stress-free car-buying experience we’ve ever had! From personally delivering the car to my husband for a test drive to being completely transparent about the sales price, Brandon made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and genuinely nice, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. You could tell he truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase rather than just making a sale. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Mitchell made that part quick and simple as well. He was friendly, helpful, and never pushy like you sometimes experience at other dealerships. We highly recommend going to see Brandon if you’re looking for a vehicle! We know we’ve found our dealership with KC Summers Nissan, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Brandon and Mitchell, for making our car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable!”

“Cory Patterson is the best automotive salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. Anytime I'm in the market for a vehicle, Cory is the first person I reach out to. He's so genuine, honest, and competent - if there's a good deal to be made, he'll make it happen. We've bought three vehicles from them over the years and will continue to do business for years to come.”

“Scott Hensley was amazing. I have managed multiple global sales teams and he is as good as anyone I’ve managed. He quickly builds a trusting relationship, he is fast to respond providing the information requested, and closed every open item ….how could I then say no?!?!? Great job, Scott. Thanks for making my buying experience so wonderful. I will be back!”

“Pick this place first! Save yourself some time, $$, and angst. Last night, this company was my third phone call. I am glad I kept trying instead of just waiting until morning alone on the side of the highway. He was kind from the moment he answered the phone, and was actually interested in finding me at 11pm while I was stuck on the side of the highway and needed gas to get a few more miles to the station. I’d call that being professional. He got to me quickly and charged me reasonably! His attitude, actions, and presence felt like a neighbor. Thank you for getting me back on my long way!”

“Jacob at JnL Junction is amazing. One day I needed help with my fork truck at Culligan and called him. By what I can only describe as perfect timing, he was literally passing Culligan as I was on the phone with him. He turned right around and came over and got me fixed up right away. Since then, anytime I’ve needed work done on my fork truck, Jacob has been the guy I call. He’s always very helpful, easy to communicate with, and his pricing is very reasonable. You can tell he really cares about helping people and doing the job right. I truly feel like God put him in the right place at the right time that day. We really appreciate the work he does here at Culligan. **Highly recommend Jacob at JnL Junction**”

“My husband and son were out of town, we just had two days of heavy snow, so what else could go wrong? How about a check engine light and my only vehicle not running right when I have a little one I need to get to places. Jeff White, Aiden Collins, and 1st Class Wrecker Service all came through for me. They took a very stressful day for me and removed a big one. They came to my home, brought me a loaner vehicle, and took my Yukon XL back to the dealership. There was no hassle, no stress, they just did it. Their service went above and beyond. This is why I always have been and will remain loyal to this dealership.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Darrin's Tire & Auto Repair. We’re from Ohio, and our son is attending college in Mattoon, so finding a trustworthy and reputable shop in an unfamiliar area was incredibly important to us. The team at Darrin’s replaced his rear calipers, brakes, and rotors, and did an excellent job. They were professional, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. As out-of-state parents, that level of transparency and care meant everything! They took great care of our son and made sure the job was done right. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a dependable shop nearby that we can trust. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend Darrin’s Tire & Auto Repair to anyone in the Mattoon area!”
