This store sucks I went in there to add a line and get promo phone they called custermer service so I was kinda working with them both we will process the payment but then I noticed it was the wrong phone so then the play goes in the background gets on the phone with somebody else on a different phone comes back and the person on the phone says I can’t be doing this transaction with the phone and the associate and basically so because of that they were refunding me my money for the phone that I just bought and I can finish my transaction with the person that they called for me and I said OK so when they give me back my money they give me back $100 less and said it was a restocking fee they made me refund and then they took my hundred dollars they stole for me

Felt awful coming into the store late with just one hour left before the store closed. However, I was treated with patience and kindness during my visit. My phone had broke on a work trip and after a bad experience at a different store, 3 days of confusing back and forth/hours on the phone with the call center, this location was able to set me up with a new phone. They were beyond helpful with the process of setting up the device, answering questions on costs, protection plans, and what to do with my broken device.

Stopped in the Verizon store on Lincoln, across from McDonald's. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted with a friendly voice and face. Bobby couldn't have been more helpful. He's so knowledgeable and goes out of his way to educate his customers. As I was waiting for my cell to transfer to my new one, I overhead Bobby find the best deals for one customer and helped another figure her phone out. He was polite, patient, and so upbeat it was contagious! If you need anything Verizon related, go to the Charleston Verizon Store on Lincoln Avenue. You won't be disappointed.

The corporate office is corrupt and doesn't care about the customers or employees. They hire the most racist and lazy managers then give them unrealistic goals that they need to meet which forces them to harass customers to buy everything and lie about their monthly bill. Russcell Cellular shouldn't be allowed to continue their business till they fix their morals. Also for a verizon store they lose internet once a week, dont bother giving them business

I walk in an hour before until the store closes, and the associate didn’t have time for me while dealing with a single customer. Less than subpar service.

I bought Liquid Glass screen protector in May. The sales employee sold the product to me as an extremely effective product and if it fails and my screen breaks, the company will replace it for free. Sounded like a good purchase seeing as I was buying a $600 phone. She placed the liquid glass on my phone and I was sent on my way. No mention of a registration with the company that is mandatory for the warranty on screen replacement. Naturally, I put the product box in a file, failing to read the tiny back print on the back of said box that mentions the registration... 2 Months later, my screen shattered. I went to Verizon to discuss getting my screen replaced. I was met by two very polite sales employees whom stated that it was an issue that I did not have it registered and that it's been an ongoing issue that they have been dealing with in recent weeks, vaguely mentioning that past employees were no longer with the company... I was told to come back the next day to see the manager Serenity, perhaps she can assist me. I come back the next day, Serenity was rude, dismissive and uninterested in my situation, offered insincere apologies for not being told about the registration, and proceeded to offer me phones numbers to call as if she was reluctantly repeating a script that she has had to recite numerous times before. Her only offer she could make me was 10% off another product in the store, including Liquid Glass!! I literally threw $50 in the garbage when I bought that product, and she has the gall to suggest that I purchase another product from her store for a meager 10% off..No thanks. A mandatory registration is something you mention at point of sale. If that fails to happen and the product fails, then you offer a refund. Buyer beware, Liquid Glass is expensive, not a good product. The sales representatives are not thorough in providing very vital product information, and when that ball is dropped, the follow up by store management is hilarious, at best.
