“Best oil change you can get for the price and your time. Since I started taking my car to Checkpoint I've never taken it anywhere else. The lube center guys are great! Polite and explain what you need but never feel pushy or like they're trying to oversell things you don't really need. As a single mom/woman I was always nervous needing car repairs. Didn't want to be taken advantage of. Can honestly say in the 20yrs I've taken my car here, not ONE bad experience! I can't say that about many other businesses. Thank you to all the guys of Checkpoint... YOU'RE AMAZING!! ??”

“These guys are consummate professionals. I'm sitting here in the truck, getting the fastest oil change of my life, with only a five minute wait. They're pitching upsells, but they're not pushing- and as a salesman by trade, I appreciate their respectful approach. They're also not trying to tell me everything's gone bad, which I've grown accustomed to in an oil change; instead, they're telling me everything I've replaced earlier this year looks good, as it should! ?After today's visit and the service I'm getting, I'll be coming back for the next round in a few months. James and Herb took great care of the Jeep- but more importantly to me, they're doing things right here and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. You definitely don't get this kind of service just everywhere. So I won't be going anywhere else!”

“I was the only customer there so I drove right in and they changed my oil in good time. Didn't give me a hassle about the cabin or air filters. What I didn't like was noone said a word to me until it came time to pay. Didn't even say hi or good afternoon. A little pleasantries would have been nice.”

“I showed up without an appointment and got in the wrong line ? but despite all of this they were still friendly and helpful. Side note, you need to make an appointment for an oil change unless you go on a Saturday. Oil change service with tire rotation was 40 cheaper then the quick lube places with a coupon.”
“I'd previously been to Checkpoint for help getting a tire on a wheel, which they did for free. Figured that down the road when I had a car issue I'd come in and save money (vs dealer).Fast forward to about a month ago.....My f-150's water pump went out. (Very surprising.) Checkpoint was responsive, they got me in reasonably quickly, and work was done in a day, and at a good price. Trucks runs perfectly again.Much appreciate them.”
