“Such a GREAT store to find your needed used, like new, and new sports everything!! My family and I have enjoyed shopping their Springfield location since they opened years ago and have picked up deals on everything from golf clubs (2 sets now), a golf bag, frisbee golf and pickle ball equipment, new NFL and NBA themed items such as trash cans, key chains, can koozies……and probably another 6-10 things that I’m forgetting about! The staff and owners are knowledgeable, present and engaged. Thanks U.S. for helping my wife and I to equip our 4 kids, and ourselves, with great reasonably priced items for years now!!”
“Sales team was very attentive as soon as I hit the door. They were eager to help and listened to my wants, needs, and problems. Team member made suggestions and help me through trying in shoes. Then asked what else I needed. It was a quick in and out. Love it! Thank you!”
“Paragon is our go-to place for everything we need from signs to decals to apparel, they've taken great care of us since 2018. Highly recommended for all of your club, organization or personal needs.”
“We went in to look for jeans that were on sale. Found several other cute items as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were limiting the number of people allowed in the store for social distancing.”
“I really enjoy this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good size selection available in store for clothes and shoes. They have a great selection for sports equipment. The store is always clean and organized as well.”
“Decent selection and fair prices. The staff were a little stand off-ish but not rude. All in all what you'd expect. The one in northern Indianapolis is THE standard by a country mile.”
“Thank you Brett in the Golf department. He went above and beyond to get my son’s clubs repaired before the High School season started on such short notice!”
“I love champs there is always someone helping me when I walk in I have no problem getting service there fast and reliable and they make sure your well taken care of , if they don’t have your size they are willing to order what ever size you need. I also want to take my hate off to one special worker her name is Shavosia M. She’s always there working hard every time I walk in and she stays busy, I’m always there buying shoes and she’s always there making sure I get the right size and checking to make sure the shoes I want are in stock . She took care of me every time I walked in there and she was my cashier and let me know how many reward points I had and how many I was earning when I bought anything.”

“This message is about Cooper one of the employees at wheelfast Bicycle Company in Chatham Illinois I went there to look at a particular bicycle and took a different bicycle for a long ride and I have great customer service he even put the bike in the back of my car to see if it would fit and if and when I decide to purchase a bicycle I will definitely go to these guys first in addition to that they also gave me a military discount and I just really appreciated them going the extra mile even though Cooper was the one that helped me I had the feeling that anyone in the shop would have done the same thing which says a lot about this particular bicycle business if you're looking for a great selection or even just their ability to get you what you want I would definitely check here first and if you look elsewhere I think you will end up returning to this bicycle shop”
