The Chatham Branch is always so nice and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I recently had an issue with the new credit card I received from UCB through my place of employment. The Branch Manager, Lauren Rooney went out of her way to help resolve the issue.

The management and tellers are always rude. They screw you out of every penny they can find with fees or other “policies”.Any other bank in all of Chatham is better, you won’t feel disrespected and ripped off every time you go at other banks. I recommend bank and trust in Chatham. Don’t waste your time and money at UCB. There’s a reason UCB has the lowest rating out of all the banks in Chatham.

Over UCB!!! GREEDY, MANAGEMNET CHANGES. DONT HELP ANSWER QUESTIONS. THIS NEW BRANCH MANAGER HAS RUINED ANY TYPE OF CREDIT I HAD. THEY WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING EXCPET CHARGES 29.50. NEVER HAD NSF UNTIL FIVE MONTHS AGO. NOT ITS A MONTLY THING. HOLD DORECT DEPOT UNTIL LAST SECONF. I AM SO DISPLEASED WITH SERVICE AND ITS SAD. MY FAMILYS BANKED HERE FOR FORTY UEARS!

Terrible service, they always take a long time for simple deposits and there are many mistakes, it seems that the staff is not trained in banking activities, one single person cannot resolve a matter. The services are very limited, I bank very often and of all I think this is the worst bank.

Might be a good time to train tellers on what an estate account is. Had 2 tellers tell me I needed the signature of my deceased mother after I told them the check I was depositing was into an estate account. Not the first issue with this bank or branch. Get some of those people out of their offices and do some training.

Absolute P0S, Ruined Marine bank, online banking is a joke, supposedly turned off the international and online shop limit 4 times including by call and app and then it won't let me use any account with Amazon, follow the app description to call customer service to close an account, told they can't do that, told in person they can't do that, literally getting ready to file a lawsuit because they refuse to cut me my money (the all of 200 bucks I left in the account after moving my DD to a new bank) and close the account, to say I wish the managers catch cancer is an understatement, that would be too good for them. Take your money literally anywhere else, heck buying it in your yard is a better investment that trying to deal with these P0S

Never had a problem ucb helped me once from being scammed. They have always been a helpful bank, I've used them my whole life.

Worst bank ever can’t believe I left us bank for them customer service 1/10 lady got angry on the phone with my questions then played the hello like she couldn’t here me after asking about my debit card at least with us bank I could contact them out side of normals 8:30-5 hours about my account looks like I’ll be closing and moving my accounts back I shouldn’t have to fight the bank over my own money

Unable to perform the basic functions of a bank, caused me great expense and bounced checks when transferring an account within their own system, no response to multiple complaints in writing and in person. Fraud.

Called explained why Walmart could not cash a check for 3800 for Lincoln land, upon calling the bank on their check, UCB said they would cash, I asked the lady whom answered the phone, can you cash, explained amount and why walmart wouldn't, explained we were driving from 40 minutes away, asked if could cash thru DT since she said it was only thing open sat noon to two, I called at noon, we arrive at 1pm AND ARE REFUSED TO CASH THE CHECK THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS OVER THE PHONE THEH COULDN'T SEE THE CHECK THE PERSON WAS BLACK, THEH REFUSED TO CASH THE CHECK

I absolutely love UCB! I had been a customer of Illini for years and stayed with UCB when Illini was bought out. I had a rather complicated issue to deal with and Stephanie helped me with it even after hours. I have always had great customer service from all the girls at the Chatham office and would highly recommend this bank.
