“Kevin, Andrea, and Austin are extremely knowledgable and knew exactly how to solve a complex change in phone service. I highly recommend their expertise and, above all, patience. Obviously a result of excellent training. My only recommendation for ATT Corporate is to install faster Wi-Fi in the store. That would improve overall service and wait times significantly and really it's such an easy, inexpensive fix. It would be a smart business decision. My time in the store could have dropped to one hour vs the four hours waiting for slow Wi-Fi. Kevin eventually had to use his own personal phone as a hot spot otherwise we might still be there. Many thanks to Kevin for his experience, expertise, and patience. Austin and Andrea too.”
“I went in today to try and figure out why my bill was so high and maybe find a way to cut out some cost. Krystal spent close to an hour going over my bill and found a few things that sprint did differently and ended up saving me almost $65. I appreciate her time and help. Without her help I'm not sure we would have been able to keep going with t mobile.”
“I want to compliment one of your employees in the Pontiac Walmart. Georgette spent at least a half hour with me on the phone helping me find a dinosaur onesie for Halloween. The website said that store had 4, but despite repeated attempts, she was unable to find it. She got another lady (I didn't get her name) to help her look (big thank you to her too!), & they found it! It was important to me because my grandson loves dinosaurs. Also, I was calling from Dwight, so I didn't want to make a wasted trip 40 miles round trip. Georgette took the costumes in the 2 sizes I asked for to Customer Service where I picked them up to try on. Sadly, I didn't get to meet Georgette in person, but I left her a note thanking her. In this world where so many people want to do less than the minimum required in their jobs, Georgette is a great employee! Thank you again, so much!”
