“I've ordered from RAD several times and am always amazed by how fast the shipping is. Also been in the store, staff is wonderful! The clothes are top quality and so creative. Would definitely recommend shopping here!!!!!”
“Stopped in today and was helped by Lexi and Micaela, and they were AMAZING! Micaela brought me so many cute things to try on and she listened to my feedback. She was very helpful in making sure I left with some cute new outfits! And Lexi, I have seen her several times.. absolutely love her style and she is also super awesome with suggestions. I like that they aren't super pushy but brought me things to try on I probably would not have grabbed myself. Will definitely be going back.”
“Great place.. Owner is amazing. Love that everything is made from people who live in the community. Great one stop shop.. ? support your local small businesses !”
“Hollister is great. But the delivery is no good, they use FedEx and thats not good. I wont be ordering because of it. If they used anything else I would order. Sorry ?”
“Shopping at Ross feels like diving headfirst into a beautifully unorganized treasure chest. One moment, you're clutching a $300 Calvin Klein jacket for $14.99; the next, you're debating whether you need a sequined llama pillow (you do).
The layout? A strategic maze of disorganized racks designed to test your patience and cardio endurance. Finding a matching pair of shoes is a victory worthy of a medal. But oh, the thrill! It’s not shopping—it’s combat sports for deal hunters.
Expect the checkout line to double as a gallery of impulse buys: artisanal popcorn makers, glitter-covered notebooks, and jumbo packs of gummy worms you’ll regret skipping.
Ross doesn’t just sell you bargains—it sells you stories. Where else can you leave with a designer handbag, a frying pan, and a neon garden gnome for under $30?
Pro Tip: Bring caffeine and low expectations. Leave with treasures and a sense of accomplishment. Ross: because normal shopping is for quitters.”
“I was recently at this store getting some last min school clothes for my kids. I was alone, wandering the store when a horribly blood curdling scream came from a few rows down. As the screaming continued I saw a young boy (approx 6) with his father. The boy was clearly on the autism spectrum and was obviously overwhelmed and over-stimulated. (Bright lights, loud music, people, clothes racks etc) the father of this boy was amazing! He stayed calm, quiet, and got down to his sons level. As I went over to give this dad some words of encouragement (as a fellow special needs parent, myself) a couple of lovely sales girls came over to ask how they could help! The father and I both said "the music is too loud for him" and right then they went to the sound system and turned the music way down! Everyone was willing to help this man, help his son. And they did so in a very kind, non-judgmental way! It meant a lot to me, and I'm sure it meant the world to that father!!! Cudos to the Saturday (8/19/23) afternoon staff and bless you all!!”
“Very well organized and lots of selection. I like how the clearance is within the department that it's sized from. Halloween leggings and PJs are out already! ❤️”
“I’ve never shopped here before, but they carry Adidas Sambas in exclusive colors. Customer serving is amazing! Will continue to buy shoes from here. I appreciate the fun message in my order pickup.”

“Uuuusually find a pair of pants or bra when i need decent things for an amazing price. If im lucky i find a cute dress. Some fashion is bizarre. Not the cutest shoes. Lotsa great accessories! Lotsa good home items too.”
“Outstanding customer service! Cassidy and her team were so welcoming and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they were friendly and available to assist with whatever I needed. They made it a great shopping experience, I will be retuning to this location!”
“The recent negative reviews made me a bit hesitant to come back since I used to love this store, but the workers were all very helpful. They were honest with me about not really having any jeans, but helped me create an outfit with what they had. It was decently busy the weekend I went, so for them to take the time and help me was fantastic! Would give this place 5 stars if they had more jeans for guys to pick through, but otherwise everything else was great.”

“Love this place. Can't beat the prices. Had to get my dad some pants. They had a good selection for his size and he didn't ask for shirts but, once I saw the prices I said what the hell. He loved them and I will definitely go back. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and these days you really appreciate that. Pay attention Walmart. Leave your phones in your locker.”
“My daughter is just reaching the age where she loves this store. Great selection of merchandise and the employees are always friendly and eager to help or answer questions. Something new every time we stop in.”
“MY sister and I were in H and M today in Rockford, Il @CherryVale mall, getting stuff for xmas and we worked with Silas, who was sooo helpful, kind, patient, and professional! Give him a raise! He was a joy to work with! Jacqui”
“The women there were lovely they helped me out and were so kind and sweet I will definitely return, the storw was alot cleaner then other stores I have been to, and was easy to find things”
“I'm not really sure how to rate this. For what it is, it's a 5. Even if it's not my jam. It appears to be two businesses, but I'm not sure. One side is women's boutique clothing. The other side has home goods and a flower counter. (I'd come back here for flowers.) I feel this place has a very specific demographic. (55+ community) My mother in law would love it. For me... I'd rather shop at places where my imagination and creative juices flow, versus someone else's curated marketing.”
