I also go, across the street to Advance and up the street to Auto Zone. Which one I go to depends on convenience, price and availability. I like all 3 places equally, as they are basically the same thing, in a different paper bag. ?♂️”
“I went to the store to replace my headlights, which should have been a simple task! The service I received was Great!! Management and his staff, worked on my car until everything is fixed!! I appreciate what they did for me and they made sure that nothing they did was installed wrong.

“I’m super impressed! We called ahead, got a quote for a used tire, and pulled up and only waited for 5 minutes or less. They instantly serviced us and the service only took about 10 minutes total, not even!
We were there for under 30 minutes, got our tire instantly replaced and got a GREAT DEAL!

“Great customer service provided by Citlaly. She went above and beyond and provided top-tier service. Greeted me with a smile and she was determined to assist me with replacing my wiper blade, She didn’t quit until she got it right and it only took her about 10 minutes. This was the fourth auto parts store I’d visited this week and none of the men were able to install my wiper blade but this young lady she made it happen. I will not hesitate to visit this location for all my auto parts needs in the future.”

“Years ago I met a man named Scooter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Lansing. He impressed me with his warm welcome, professional expertise, and can-do attitude! He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. Since that day, I have returned time and time again only to receive the same outstanding customer service, singing his praise to my family and friends. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. She was telling me what I already knew, that he is a wonderful human being and amazing representative of O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I've never before left a message like this, and it is long overdue. BEST PLACE IN TOWN! Thank you, Scooter, whom I now call friend.”
