“Such a great experience with M & M! Replacing glass is not something that is done often, but I would definitely go back should the need arise. The owner was incredibly kind and helped us with our windshield issues. After the initial install, the new glass was slightly distorted, so they replaced it a second time without question or pushback. I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs!”

Called yesterday afternoon 8/5/25 and they were finished by 11am 8/6/25. I will definitely be recommending this amazing shop to everyone! I got an OEM windshield for my 2020 f350 for under $600 OTD. Safelite wanted almost $1,200 ?♀️ Not only did I save money even with a very last minute service, I received the best customer service. You honestly won’t find a better, more honest, quality and fair priced shop like this one anywhere. Did I mention the amazing customer service and atmosphere?? Thank you for an amazing experience! “Martinez Auto Body provided excellent customer service and were very kind and considerate. After having my vehicle nearly totaled by an underage, unlicensed, uninsured driver - I was without my vehicle from January to August. I had THE most horrible experience with my-then second rate insurance company (American Alliance) who could care less about my claim, much less answer the customer service line. From the very first phone encounter with Martinez Auto in July, I began to feel like things were turning in my favor. Arnie and Eddie were so professional, pleasant and kind - and I really appreciated that. They kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was updated on the progress of my car. Well, just when I thought things couldn’t get much better than this, I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise! They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”
“Had a tire replaced and new Tire Pressure Senors installed. However the tire sensor warning would not reset. Mike, the store manager tried many times and even called for technical support. Their effort and service was extraordinary. The fault indication is due to an internal ford part and not the sensors they installed. However. Mike (store manager) reimbursed me for the sensors installed because they would not reset. He felt that no matter what the underlying problem was. They installed four sensors that did not work. I said they did not have to do that because it was not due to Belle Tire repairs but a problem with my ford and not the sensors and it requires the ford dealer to replace some internal parts. Belle tire and Mike went far and above my expectations. If I could give them more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. They have a customer forever now.”
