The storage unit is really nice. Its very convenient and has an elevator to get you upstairs easily. Its not dirty here amd staff are very friendly. The size unit was bigger than i expected and fits everything in very well. I will recommend this company to others

Susan and Rich are great to deal with when needed. I recently. Moved units, as the rent on my current unit after several rate increases was no longer affordable. Susan was very patient and helped me pick the best unit at the best price to accommodate my needs. She also explained that the insurance I’d previously been told was mandatory, but isn’t might cover the items that were damaged in my unit due to mold. Rich later broke down the steps to complete a claim AND left the bathroom unlocked for me, as he knew I’d be moving well after office hours. No five stars due to rate hikes.
