“Omg, where do I begin. Steven & Erika are PHENOMENAL!! Great personalities, amazing customer service skills, knowledgeable, thorough and just a breath of fresh air in this cold world. Steven was able to add a line to my account expeditiously, and also told me about other products that were available to me. Steven & Erika both deserve a raise/promotion. I’m totally convinced they’re an asset to the Cricket Company. Btw, R.I.P. Rafael. ?”

“Went in to buy an iPhone charger last week. The man, who I assumed was the owner of the store, was very kind and I just wanted to acknowledge him for that. Unfortunately, great customer service isn’t very common these days, and our interaction that day really brightened mine! Whoever you are, thank you again for your true kindness. God bless you.”

“AT&T was not the store of my direction that day, the store a cut rate outfit had gone out of business. Across the street was an AT&T store, which I inquired, thinking the price would be far too high for my budget! But that was not the case Brian, the gentleman who served me was extremely polite always on point. Brian fixed me up with a plan that was $25 cheaper than my previous carrier, and my first iPhone was connected with a smile and good personality all around the store! By habit, I just hate shopping, surprisingly I enjoyed this experience. Brian is a great sales person.!”

They have installed several items for me, including Viper SmartStart, front and rear dashcams, and a Tesla-style Android radio. Every installation was done professionally and turned out great. I really appreciate their attention to detail, their quality of work, and the way they listen to and address any concerns I have about my car. I could not be happier with their service.”
