“Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google Store for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast.

The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it.

Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn’t really look to bad to be honest.
He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile.

I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.”

“After a big area storm, I lost power in my home mid-morning. With power not expected to return for 2-5 days, I called 4 generator service companies to come take a look at my generator which hadn't been working the last 2 years. Despite it being late afternoon, DJ from MPOWER returned my call within 20 minutes, and was at my home in Clarendon Hills within 45 minutes. He had my generator up and running within 1/2 hr, and temporary power was restored to my refrigerator and other essentials. I can't thank DJ and MPOWER enough-I still can't believe he responded so quickly AND was able to service my generator and get it running to restore power to the essential areas in my home until ComEd is able to fix the power outage in the area.
