The sale lady was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She pierced my daughter's ears (second hole) and she showed her how to clean them as well.

For friends and family, I usually grab the little girls gifts from this store for our holiday because they love it! Suny was so helpful and kind when assisting me as we have lots and lots of little ones to gift! :)
