“I was looking for an outfit for my birthDAY trip and I found the perfect outfit in Torrid. Although on location didn't have my size the Northriverside location did. The best thing was when I walked into the store, there was this cute little dress that I had to have and they had my size!!! I left with 2 birthDAY out fits and I was able use my birthday discount and a store promotion...my birthDAY trip to Houston was perfect!!!
Honestly, my pictures don't do any justice for this outfit, the pants were breezy, flowing and light and the top has a tie-front, SUPER CUTE!!! I was comfy on it the whole day, on my flight going & coming back. I took my jacket off at the bar be fore dinner. Can't wait to wear it again. Torrid for the WIN on this one.”
“Very amazing staff thats always willing to help and answer questions. Over all love the store, one of my favorite go to places in store and online. You can find more variety and exclusive items online and can have them shipped to your home or store near you and pick it up. Chicago Ridge Mall location always gives me a call or leaves a voice mail to pick up my items which I like b/c I don't always check my email.”

“Guadalupe Cantu is my favorite employee at this store. Lupe has the best personality and is very fun to be around. Everytime I see Lupe, I want to buy more things from the store because she makes me happy. Lupe also has the perfect height for this job. “I really like this store. They have really nice things here. I've mostly bought apparel, incense, rings, a couple toys for my daughter, but slowly the clothing keeps getting too expensive. A cardigan sweater for 89.00? Not worth even looking at the clothing in front of the store. I have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff here. People are just antisocial nowadays. It's their job to greet customers and be cordial etc. And walk aroun the store. Maybe they have had an uptick of thefts (we don't know) what theses stores go through. I hope they bring their prices down on their clothes though because I really like their items but have to walk away because I can get more clothes for less elsewhere.”

The staff are friendly, always willing to assist, great selection of merchandise, & most of all…great prices! I love how you can find 2 piece sets, dresses, shoes, sleepwear, etc. You have 30 days to return/exchange.”
“I absolutely love H&m the only thing that I am upset about is all h&m stores is not the same when it comes to inventory h&m on Michigan across the street from the water tower is one of the best h&M's to go to the h&m that is on Cicero is also very decent especially since the mall is not really up to part. I really didn't like the h&m in Orland I just felt like they didn't have the best inventory but I did find one thing that I really liked and it was a good price it was on sale.”

“?? Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ I’ve been to this Ross location so many times and found so many good deals. Friendly staff, great inventory, & prices you just can’t beat. I’ve been to other Ross locations and I’d have to say this is my favorite one.
⭐️ Customer Service: The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always get greeted when I walk in and it feels nice. Keep up the amazing work! From time to time, I’ll have returns and the associates are always patient with me whether it’s me trying to find the paper receipt on my pocket or purse. The line to check out tends to be really long on the weekend, so I’d suggest maybe at least 2-3 cashiers on the register on the weekends at least to reduce the waiting time in line and a smooth & fast checkout experience.
? Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the back of the store. To use the bathroom, you have to notify the security or an associate since the door is locked by a pin pad. I’m assuming this is to prevent someone from stealing which is good, but interesting that the Marshalls in the same plaza isn’t locked.
? Merchandise: This Ross location has great inventory. I’m not sure how often they restock their merchandise, but I feel like every time I come, I see something new or there’s a different set up especially if a holiday is coming up like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc. they have a dedicated seasonal section where they have items based on the season. I have a pair of UGG boots, Nike shoes, Puma shoes, and more from Ross. You can also find some good cologne/perfume here. My boyfriend is plus size and unfortunately their plus size inventory is very limited, so you are definitely better off at Burlington. Kind of random, but they sell Funko pops and DBZ figures.
?️ Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great shopping experience at Ross at the Chicago Ridge location. The staff are friendly, great inventory, & affordable prices.
