  Tricked me while in the mall to come in to get the $10 off, then 3 weeks later I goes to wear the shoes, look at the receipt, NO DISCOUNT AT ALL! All the could tell me was to go back and refund them like they're around the corner. Did all that signing up for NOTHING! I'm pressing STOP to all correspondence and texts

  Omg ! Jake the manager was totally awesome ! He really had such a bubbly personality! I was there with my daughter he helped us pick out shoes ! Jake was so helpful and had so much patience and always had a smile on his face ! We will definitely go and see him again soon ! Thank you Jake for having great customer service! You are the best!

  Went into Journeys today. Employee Jon was the person who helped me. He was extremely professional and pleasant. The store was out of a lot of shoes. But, Jon showed me shoes that were in stock. I bought them and I love them. He made a negative experience into a positive. Thank you. 😊

  School shopping with my daughter, and she tried on a pair of shoes, the shoe she tried on was not the shoes they gave her ! Got all the way home and it was another pair in the box! These shoes are sold out everywhere! The shoes they put in the box were a different kind of shoe, same size and very dirty! Called and spoke to the assistant manager Jalisa and she was nice, but then I asked to speak to the store manager and he was extremely catty and rude!!! I will NEVER go to this Journey’s location AGAIN! If I could’ve rated no stars I would! The way he spoke to me, was so unprofessional, and the brazen way he was talking, he’s spoken to customers like this in the past with no consequences! This lack of customer service is the reason why so many people online shop and why malls are becoming a thing of the past! Who you hire to manage your establishment will make or break your business! Jake is a prime example of that “we are human and make mistakes” (what he said to me in a catty and snide voice”), that is true but the unprofessionalism in his demeanor was so unnecessary! His co manager did a better job of maintaining a professional demeanor than he! When “store managers” treat you in this fashion, just know that have a manager over them, and that’s who you have to speak to! Behavior like this is unacceptable! As a business owner, working in the healthcare industry, I would never respond to a customer in the way Jake did, or allow my employees to treat customers in a bad manner! With so many other places to choose from, this is my LAST TIME shopping at this establishment ! Update, contacted corporate and they were very helpful, and addressed my matter with concern and helpfulnesses. Thank You.

  I had a young lady by name of Hipster Belly Blouse wait on me in the store today. Nice young lady and eventually was able to sell me two pair of Van Platform Gym Shoes. The problem and the reason for the three stars ⭐️ because Social Media has become a huge disaster. It sucks into these young peoples head and just eats their little brains up, leaving them stun, clueless, confused, not able to speak, sad, too damn glad not necessary by the way, mad, worried, frustrated, ratchet acting and WHY?!!! It would help those young girls working in the store to approach customers and help in assisting in customers every need. That didn’t happen when I was in the store and Thank You! The Downtown location is known for approaching the customer first not the other way around.

  The store manager Tae was great. Patient and knows how to handle bizz. Wish there were more store associates with a good spirit. I walked out with a double purchase and was happy. I will be a returning customer.

  I've been yearning for pink crocs in all stores, ventures, Skechers, and so on I need them for a companions birthday that is coming up. I became baffled, so I went into the store and requested one from the partners to arrange them for me. It required some investment however she was positive and didn't appear to be disturbed by any stretch of the imagination. Much thanks to You Krystal(I trust I'm spelling it right) You have made me day such a great deal better. She truly needs these crocs! Much obliged to you!

  I’ve been longing for pink crocs in all stores, journeys, Skechers, etc... I need them for a friends birthday that’s coming up. I became frustrated, so I went into the store and asked one of the associates to order them for me. It took a little time but she was positive and didn’t seem irritated at all.
