“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

“Very amazing staff thats always willing to help and answer questions. Over all love the store, one of my favorite go to places in store and online. You can find more variety and exclusive items online and can have them shipped to your home or store near you and pick it up. Chicago Ridge Mall location always gives me a call or leaves a voice mail to pick up my items which I like b/c I don't always check my email.”

“One of my packages got lost and the girl that spoke to me on the phone on 8/23/23 around 5:30pm was the sweetest girl ever! She truly seemed concerned about my issue, and took several measures to try to help me and kept apologizing and sympathized. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! Usually I’m used to hearing “sorry just call customer service” But this girl, and there was another girl that helped afterwards were so so helpful.”
“I really like this store. They have really nice things here. I've mostly bought apparel, incense, rings, a couple toys for my daughter, but slowly the clothing keeps getting too expensive. A cardigan sweater for 89.00? Not worth even looking at the clothing in front of the store. I have had wonderful experiences with all of the staff here. People are just antisocial nowadays. It's their job to greet customers and be cordial etc. And walk aroun the store. Maybe they have had an uptick of thefts (we don't know) what theses stores go through. I hope they bring their prices down on their clothes though because I really like their items but have to walk away because I can get more clothes for less elsewhere.”
