“Parcels Plus Express & Gifts I absolutely love this place. Yvonne, the owner, is more like a family member than a clerk behind a counter. Everyone who walks through the door seems to know her, and even if you’re new, she treats you with the same warmth and friendliness. It’s rare to find a business where you feel genuinely welcomed every single time, but this is one of them. Whether I’m shipping something, picking up supplies, or just stopping in, the service is always fast, helpful, and done with a smile. Parcels Plus Express & Gifts is the kind of local business every community needs. Highly recommend!”

“I can't say enough great things about the UPS Store in La Grange! Nick and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They somehow make even the most frustrating tasks (like Amazon returns with all their confusing rules or renewing a passport) feel easy and seamless. Everyone is friendly, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Nick and the team, for making every visit such a great experience!”

“If you wanna work for a company that cares about some of the things that you care about, then BriteLogistics is the place you want to be. They are professional, on every level, from the office staff, Operations, Management and Dispatch, and they prioritize making sure that you spend quality time with your family. They tell you up front what you can expect when coming to work there, and if you show up for work and do your part, they will make sure that they stand on business and honor their word. Hands down it was the best company that I had the pleasure of working with, however I didn’t fully appreciate the opportunity and the people who gave me that opportunity, and so I squandered it. I got to comfortable. And I regret it. I’ve since worked for a few other companies since leaving BriteLogistics, but none of them compared. Trust me, Brite is the best thing going out here, unless you’re an owner operator and doing your own thing. Great place to start and build your driving career.”

3400 W 111th St, Chicago IL 60655
“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”
