180 North Jefferson is a luxury boutique apartment building in Chicago's West Loop, professionally managed by Willow Bridge Property Company. It offers an elite luxury living experience with state-of-the-art amenities. The location is tremendous, super convenient, and close to downtown, the Fulton Market area, fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment. It features great walkability and transportation options, with mass transit and the train very close. The apartment building itself is great, with all necessary and amazing amenities that are well-maintained, including a rooftop area with wonderful views of the Chicago skyline. The apartments are clean and provide good space for a reasonable price. The staff and maintenance teams are very friendly, go above and beyond, and respond rapidly and timely to requests. The leasing office facilitates a smooth and faster move-in process. The community is a good mix of students and professionals, and information is communicated quickly about social events and maintenance projects. A noted consideration is that the train runs right next to the building, so it can be loud during train hours, but residents report you get used to it. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to live.
I recently toured of the 180 W Jeffereson Apartments while looking for a place in the West Loop. I was truly impressed by the showing conducted by Ernestine. The tour was thorough, smart, professional and with the right personal touch. Best presentation in Chicago Downtown!
