“I lived here for several years. Love all of the staff and management. When we transferred, Katie was there every step of the way and made it a very smooth process. Love living at lofts!!!!”
“I had such a good experience working with Nahba at Apartment Guys when I moved from Brooklyn to Chicago this month. Nahba was able to find me not one but TWO dream apartments, and gave me plenty of time to decide which one I wanted to call home :) He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the Chicago neighborhoods, and so helpful throughout what is usually such a stressful process. Thank you Nahba!”
“This is one of the few buildings where you can enjoy a lot of amenities. The lobby and “Froth” its cafe is one of the best places in town. Very modern and friendly people.”
“Me and my family came here for summer break it's amazing! There's always fireworks and it seems like the 63rd st loves the 64.I should recommend to come here with family they love if you say GD.”
“In all my travels and living around the world OneEleven is unmatched. The perfect location central to everything, an amazing staff, social events and the neighbors are super friendly. These views are nuts. They'll never get old. As long as im in Chicago ill be here at 111.”
“I am so happy with this apartment complex and community. This is the perfect place to call home. Residents are friendly but most importantly the staff are so helpful and amazing. Nicole is fabulous to work with and goes above and beyond for all of the residents. So truly grateful :)”
“The website is user-friendly, and the leasing process is relatively straightforward. As an international student moving to Chicago, I’ve had a positive experience overall. The leasing manager, LaKisha, has been especially helpful—friendly and accessible throughout the process.”
“The location and amenities speak for themselves but to me it’s the staff here that really make the living experience. John, the resident service ambassador, goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and any issues that occur are resolved. He’s always looking for ways to have the community engage with each other through fun events and is open to ideas from residents as well. Luis, the assistant manager, is also very helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother with any questions you have. The front desk is 24/7 and all of them are kind, professional, and helpful (Montrel has helped me countless times). No building is perfect but this building is pretty great and any issues I’ve had, have been addressed not only promptly but respectfully, which is important.”
“Our place is lovely and exactly what we expected- which isn’t always the case! Nick who managed our process was exceptional during the entire process. Thanks Nick!”
“My door’s lock wasn’t working, but Sedit did an awesome job fixing it. He went through the trouble of driving to another location to find the necessary pieces he needed to fix my lock. Very much appreciated, he did a great job ?? again big thanks to Sedit!”

“Fantastic place to live. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond every week to keep the property in amazing condition. Common areas are great.
Leasing agent Akuba is wonderful and puts together great events. The concierge staff is very friendly despite it being a difficult job.
I am very pleased with the building and would not discourage others from living here.”
“It was a pleasure living here! The location is perfect, close to the park, restaurants, and grocery stores. The building is well maintained, and most importantly, the staff are friendly and helpful. Bry quickly addressed my concerns whenever they came up, and Erik was always fast in taking care of any issues in the apartment. The rooms are spacious and have a great layout, with a separate kitchen and bedroom, which you appreciate even more if you cook often. Highly recommend this apartment building!”
“This is an amazing building. As longtime renters in the Chicago area (with some horror stories under our belts), my partner and I couldn't be happier with our apartment, the building, and the staff. The appliances are good quality and the maintenance responses are quick and super efficient. There is very little noise transfer between units (we hear nothing overhead), but occasionally we hear minor noise from lateral neighbors and from the hallway. The only note we might share for someone's consideration is that balconies on the west side of the building might be largely unusable due to the noise of the train. While inside the unit, the train noise is nearly unnoticeable. I read the 1-star reviews here, and can say with confidence that we've never had any of their concerns.”
“Absolutely the best loop apartment. International friendly, Incredible amenities and great service from office. MILA really brings me a good memory for my student life”

“I lived here for three years and loved my time here. The front desk staff, office staff, and maintenance teams are friendly, professional and very helpful.
The amenities are very well maintained, and the other residents are friendly.”
“We were planning to live at the Madison at Racine until some unforeseen circumstances and had to cancel our lease prior to our move-in day. Melissa, Ishmaiel, and the rest of the building and property management staff couldn’t have been more helpful or professional in getting our deposit back in a timely manner. You can tell that they really care about their potential and current residents here.”
“I rented at 215 West without visiting in-person when I first moved to Chicago three years ago. Fortunately it worked out great, and I couldn't have asked for a better first Chicago apartment!
The staff here are fantastic and truly professional. Juan and the younger maintenance guy (I believe Tyler?) are super attentive and bring an air of competent professionalism to the building. I also really want to shout out Tee, who was always super kind and friendly - she learned my name before I even knew who she was! And one morning I woke up to my fire alarm beeping, mentioned it to her in passing on my way out for some morning errands, and she made sure it was fixed by the time I got back again just a few hours later
The building and amenities are top-notch - I’ll particularly miss the fitness center, which beats anything I've seen touring similar buildings since. My unit (a 1-bed) was roomy and spacious with a dramatic city view; on that basis too - of price-per-square-foot - my 215 apartment compared extremely favorably against other similar apartments I’ve toured since.
My only complaints are neighborhood-based, rather than anything with the building itself. The Loop is very much a 9-to-5 business district, so there aren’t many quality grocery stores nearby, and many nearby bars/restaurants are closed by evening/on the weekends. But the L stops nearby still put most of the city within easy reach, so nothing was ever too far out either. I think this tradeoff worked out quite nicely for a first Chicago apartment.
After spending three years here, I left mostly just to switch things up and try out a new neighborhood. But I adored this building and will really miss it!”

“Pierrette was amazing. She was one of the big reasons we signed our lease, she was super helpful, and great to work with!
The staff is all great, and the apartment complex has been great so far. Maintenance was also very quick to respond when we needed them for something minor.”
“I recently toured of the 180 W Jeffereson Apartments while looking for a place in the West Loop. I was truly impressed by the showing conducted by Ernestine. The tour was thorough, smart, professional and with the right personal touch. Best presentation in Chicago Downtown!”
“I love it here. Sara and Brandon always make sure I’m taken care of. I’ve been living here 5 years. I’ll be here at least another 5. AT LEAST!!!!!!”
“I’ve had a very good experience with this property management team so far. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been professional and courteous every step of the way. It’s been refreshing to deal with a company that takes resident satisfaction seriously. Can’t wait to renew my lease!”
“My family and I helped my son and his girlfriend move in on July 10, 2026. I can't say enough about how helpful and amazing Dugi was. We didn't take as long as we thought we would getting our cargo van and picking up furnishings from a storage unit, so were early. Dugi helped us figure it out and enabled an easier move for us. He is rightly proud of how the hallways and areas under his purview are taken care of. I luckily scoped out the loading/unloading area the day before, which is when I first met Dugi. Otherwise, it would have been a little confusing to figure out the maze on floor MM! Kudos to Dugi for making our move much smoother than it would have been without his help!”

“Stole at the leasing office is wonderful. That said, everyone at the Mason has gone above and beyond during my couple years living here. Best building in the city!”
“Great, modern apartment and helpful management. Gwen is helpful with leasing questions. I had to move out of state but would live here if I was in Chicago again.
The amenities such as the hot tub are fun to use and the gym also has a Smith Machine.”
“I toured this building and thought it was beautiful and in a great location. Close to transportation, gym, restaurants, and grocery stores. Loved the brand new amenities as well.”
“I cannot say enough great things about Dino and the entire team at Silver Properties.
I first worked with Dino a few years ago when he helped me find my current apartment, and from the very beginning he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Now, as I’m preparing to move this year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with him again, and he has been just as incredible as I remembered.
Dino is the type of person who makes what can often be a stressful process feel easy. He’s always quick to respond, transparent, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and help however he can. It’s clear that he truly cares about the people he works with, and that level of service is becoming harder and harder to find.
My experience with Silver Properties as a whole has been equally positive. Throughout my time as a resident, the staff has been friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive.
Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and efficiently, and it’s obvious that the company takes pride in caring for its properties and tenants.
I’ve lived in my apartment for 3 years and have truly enjoyed calling it home. The reason I’m moving has nothing to do with my experience here. If circumstances were different, I would happily continue renting from Silver Properties.
If you’re looking for a rental company that values its residents and a leasing professional who will treat you with honesty, professionalism, and kindness, I highly recommend Dino and Silver Properties. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one.”
“This establishment is lovely and well preserved. I really enjoy the sense of community here and most importantly it’s very safe. The staff is very attentive and discreet, and they eventually become a good friend/listener. I make sure to share this property with all my loved ones considering the Lincoln park area”
“There's a lot to love about Century Tower! I'd say its biggest draw is that you are getting what feels like luxury living at an affordable price in an awesome location. And there are several reasons that explain this, that if you are ok with, Century Tower is the perfect fit!
- Constant train noise. It doesn't matter what side of the building, or how high up you are, you will hear the trains constantly. It's at an intersection on the loop, so you've got 6 different L lines sharing the same track which means a train goes by around every other minute during peak times. Century Tower has designed their windows well, where there are double windows that can minimize a lot of the noise.
- Little to no sunlight. My room is West facing and doesn't get any direct sunlight.
- No A/C in the winter/fall/spring. Personally, this hasn't been an issue for me yet, but I can see hot days getting pretty annoying without A/C.
Now this sounds like a lot of negatives. But the point is, if you are ok with the above things (as I am), you really can't find a better apartment complex. My guess is that those things make the rent more affordable, so I'm really getting more than I'm paying for!
I love the art deco style lobby and amenity lounge. They are both gorgeous and the lounge is a great place to hang out or get work done. The recently renovated rooms are quiet (apart from train), clean, and just feel really nice to live in. I appreciate the in unit washer drier (that are the modern kind) as well as the stainless steel appliances. The elevators are fast and the package system is great. The 24/7 front desk staff (Ashley Will and Eric) are very kind and fun to chat with. Dejah is very prompt and responsive and handles any issues that come up well.
Overall, fantastic place to live!”
“Moved here for school and the building couldn't be in a better location. Staff has been responsive and helpful and I look forward to working with them during the duration of my studies. Shalita, Sarah and Sam the maintenance man have been amazing.”
“I’ve lived at BTT for three years, and Cherakee is truly one of the best parts of living here. She brings such a warm, welcoming presence to the front desk and is someone I trust completely.
There’s been a lot of change at BTT over the years, and while my overall experience now feels closer to 4 stars than 5, Cherakee has remained kind, reliable, and consistent through it all. Whether it’s packages, guests, or anything I need, she always handles everything with care.
She makes the building feel more like a home, and I’m really grateful for her.”
