Why does it say 24hrs but it's locked and it's not even midnight

They say 24 hours but employees lock door at certain hours of the night not allowing customers in.

Cold cheese for the nachos, cold "fresh" pizza and lukewarm big bite hot dog. Also came in to an empty chili and cheese dispenser. Again. This location went downhill fast. People pay premium price at 7-11 so the product should be better.
