I’ve always been a Verizon user and the phone trade-in experience was so painless that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the whole time. So very thankful it was remarkably easy to work with their staff who answered all my annoying questions with care and attention AND could tend to other customers simultaneously. Chris held it down! He was super knowledgable and made the visit way less stressful than I was making it in my head. I’ll be back here again for sure!”

She waited on the phone with Verizon Customer Sevice and helped navigate and guide me through to resolution out of the kindness of her heart. She was not being paid commission and helped me navigate a complex network transition from ATT to Verizon.
This store is lucky to have such a hard working and genuinely kind person onboard.”

“AT&T was not the store of my direction that day, the store a cut rate outfit had gone out of business. Across the street was an AT&T store, which I inquired, thinking the price would be far too high for my budget!
But that was not the case Brian, the gentleman who served me was extremely polite always on point. Brian fixed me up with a plan that was $25 cheaper than my previous carrier, and my first iPhone was connected with a smile and good personality all around the store!
By habit, I just hate shopping, surprisingly I enjoyed this experience. Brian is a great sales person.!”

“Anthony is the real deal. He’s now fixed my Technics turntables AND my QSC monitor, and every time the work has been flawless. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with — you can tell he genuinely knows this gear inside and out.
Prices are fair, turnaround is solid, and he actually takes the time to explain what’s going on instead of just rushing you out the door. If you’re a DJ or musician in Chicago, this is one of those spots you want in your back pocket.

“I've been to this store and I ported my lines from Verizon and if you ask me about the network its to damn good. I dont use to get network with Verizon and after I switch to metro by Tmobile everything is running smooth. And the store representatives are so gentle with customers I really like how they interact with people. I would highly recommend this store location”

They provided me a couple of options for repair or alternatives, got me an external CD player to use with the Bose, and showed me how to work it.
