Unprofessional on phone while dealing with customers

They only provide half the services they promote, with unfriendly customer service. Another thing i noticed was no air conditioning for waiting customers.

I wouldn't buy a stamp from this place. window clerk were rude. They wanted to charge me $26 to use my debit card. Ridiculous!!
