Place is normally closes at 5pm, I arrived at 4:45, the sign said open, I pulled the door and was locked. Then there was the receptionist was inside the whole time pretending to be sleeping. When she realized I saw her watching me from inside she quickly turned her face laid down on the desk.

Had to initiate my own welcome and communication, despite the place being empty. Asked for what I was looking for and was answered with, “no.” There was no suggestions where I might be able to find it or even a goodbye as I left.
