Service was fast if you’re there early. The person taking the blood is not very friendly and left me a huge bruise on my arm due to blowing up my vein.

I have called 5 times trying to have a simple question answered and after half an hour I've achieved nothing but intense frustration. I've been transferred between a dozen different lines all of which eventually hung up on me without explanation. Truly a worthless institution if the intent to actually help people.

Please save yourself the headache and go to any other lab. The way they make patients wait to talk to someone is insane. The instructions they provided are convoluted.
