AMC River East 21 is a fabulous downtown Chicago cinema in a skyscraper, offering a great theater experience with spacious luxury recliners, some with heated seats. It features huge screens and great sound in premium formats like IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and Prime, though the Dolby theater currently needs a remodel. The snacks area staff are really helpful, with popcorn sizes worth buying. While generally clean and cool, some areas like washrooms or exit lights can be distracting. It is a highly recommended go-to place for a comfy movie experience.
Everything is good, excellent laser projection screen plays the big star Indian movies here but felt the sound is not extra loud.

Good experience. The washrooms were not very clean but the theatre experience was good. Use the App to book show. If you are carrying a water bottle then there is a water fountain to fill water, you do not need to buy water. The popcorn size is big and worth buying.
