The staff there is absolutely spectacular. It’s like disney world for clothes! I was first assisted by Jean Luc, then Sarah the manager, then Lou the stylist. They were all so patient helping me solve my issues, whether it be returns, exchanges, or trying to find the right pair of jeans. Lou kept trying and trying until she finally helped me find what I was looking for. I’ve always loved their clothes, but it was the extra special treatment they gave me that ensured I’ll be a repeat customer!

I've been a longtime Anthropologie customer and always enjoy shopping online, so visiting a store in person is a rare and exciting treat for me. The store looked beautiful—well-stocked and inviting—and it wasn’t very busy during my visit.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel very seen as a customer. While I noticed other shoppers being offered totes or assistance when carrying multiple items, I had an armful myself and wasn’t approached at all. After a while, I gave up hoping someone might offer help and couldn’t even find a staff member to ask directly.
I genuinely don’t want to assume why I might have been overlooked—it could be anything from how I was dressed to just bad timing—but it did leave me feeling a bit excluded. I likely would have spent more if I’d had help managing the items I was considering.
That said, the cashier was warm and friendly, which ended the visit on a more positive note.

Wonderful service for bridal, I've been to dozens of dress shops in my life and never had such a kind, understanding, and intuitive consultant. Staff was wonderful from start to finish, such whimsical and stunning dresses.

I never leave reviews but I have to say that the staff here is SO much more lovely and attentive than at the Southport location (to the point that I literally left that location to come here because I knew I'd have a better experience). The managers and sales associates are so helpful and sweet and I especially appreciate it since this location is considerably busier and gets more tourists. The selection here is also much wider! Big fan, will be favoring this location from now on :)

While I was shopping here recently, I dropped my driver's license. The next morning while packing for my flight home I realized it was missing, while I was frantically searching for it I got a call from Emma at the store saying they had found it. Luckily I am an Anthro member, she took the time to look me up and let me know they had my license. That is great customer service! Thank you Emma!

My partner and I were followed in the store today even though I bought something. It made me very uncomfortable, and they were not even being sneaky about it either. Like what would I get out of stealing a $150 item?? It’s not a high cost item. Definitely sticking to my hometown anthropology store. Would rate lower.
