My Eloise glass lamp arrived smashed to pieces! I was so devastated and quickly reached out to Zach Dowd who I purchased the lamp from in Chicago. He quickly re-packaged a new lamp for me and overnight mailed it to me. It arrived yesterday intact! Thank you so much for such wonderful customer service!
