Antique Resources is an incredible place and a destination for fine European antiques and unique pieces dating as far back as the early 17th century. With an 18,000 sqft showroom, it features one of the largest collections of chandeliers and sconces in the U.S. Every visit feels like a discovery among the antique clocks, music boxes, furniture, paintings, silver, jewelry, and so much more. The pieces are stunning, truly unique, full of history, and sometimes almost museum quality. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive to your needs. They are equipped with knowledge on all the pieces and give impromptu history lessons on their origins, helping customers trace an item's history. They work with visitors to arrange shipment and go out of their way to assist, making the whole experience special. Customers can buy with confidence from this 50+ year-old institution. The store is appropriately priced with extremely reasonable prices for the quality and variety. It is a store you could spend hours in, like a museum, and is highly recommended for good quality, historic pieces. Visit and enjoy free parking across the street.
The owner is a wealth of knowledge. She is also very helpful and generous with her time to make sure you find what you are looking for. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

A MUST! The team is so wonderful and the selection, quality, and prices are superb. The silver selection is especially good; along with the art deco furniture. LOVE and will be back soon! Don't miss the second floor!

Antique Resources is an incredible place — every visit feels like a discovery. The pieces are truly unique and full of history. Maribel is always so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She makes the whole experience even more special. One of my favorite places in Chicago!
