Apple's external view, namely its roof, is designed in the form of a Mac Book Air... I think it is very beautiful :)

The Apple store in the commercial center in the city of Chicago/United States of America is available for viewing and purchasing all the various Apple products, headphones, iPads, watches, and various phones with different capacities. It has a place to relax and have some time... I recommend visiting it when visiting the city chicago

Terrible experience… brought my laptop in for repair, made me wait an extra 15 minutes just check in when it wasn’t crowded. Then the guy who ran my diagnostic test on my laptop said the whole motherboard needed to be replaced for $600, but before he could finish he tried to sell me on buying a new macbook pro/air. Then when I redirected the conversation to fixing my laptop, he lectured me on why I should have backed up my data or subscribed to time machine. Meanwhile I found a local repair shop that fixed my macbook for $300 that didn’t require any loss of data. ICING ON THE CAKE… didn’t have the gall to completely close my laptop up properly and left it open. Crazy how you can’t trust the apple store, maybe they’re working for commission? A bunch of snakes!

(from a class report, thank you for your kindness during our visit!)The retail and service atmospherics were extremely organized, professional, peaceful, and calming. The design of the building and its intended purpose creates a welcoming and communal area that puts consumers at ease. Employees were never pressing, not once even when customers were browning products did an employee attempt to push the sale. Rather, employees allowed the consumer to initiate the sale on their own volition. Uniforms were extremely casual featuring an uniform shirt, and jeans, shoes, and accessories of the employees’ choice. This contributes to the welcoming, non-threatening aura that the entirety of the building gives off.No bathrooms, smells like nothing. VERY clean and sterile. Not crowded, no lines. Music is upbeat, bordering on inspirational. No visible security team (plainclothes/LP/secret shoppers?), not a ton of labels or price tags, no real service desk space. Even the fire extinguisher (See figure a) is hidden behind a labeled panel on the wall, made to blend in with the surrounding area. Employees roam with customers. Employees work on commission, so are encouraged and motivated to sell to customers, but don’t often approach customers and never crowd them. I noticed them in several instances of staff directing certain fellow staff members to help certain customers based on not just the issues the customer faced, but the customers interests or personalities. For instance, I noticed an older employee quietly snagged a younger one and made a comment to them that I seemed like an art student, so it’s likely that the personal connection is not only encouraged but perhaps a strategy they use– though they really seem to wait until customers make the first approach in purchasing. They do greet customers at the door with several points of contact, including a greeter and a ‘receptionist.’The servicescape was very unique to the Apple brand, with no cash registers or fixed P.O.S systems. Everything in the Apple store from information on the device to information on other devices was done domestically with their own products, for example Ipads were used to highlight the features and comparisons between the Apple watch generations. Even when Apple owned devices were not utilized, Apple software was utilized such as the P.O.S systems that each employee is equipped with. Each product was displayed in a very epistemic way, with all specs and possible information put out on display showing the confidence that Apple has in their products. The entirety of the servicescape can be summarized as extremely non-threatening, from the plain clothed security, which were virtually invisible to the consumer, to the personal feeling of purchasing a product from an individual employee everything was made to make the consumer feel at ease.

Great for pickups of products. The pickup process for my product was quite seamless although I was late. However, as someone from not the US purchasing AppleCare, I was told I could purchase it there (in the US store) and it would work internationally, which turned out to not be the case, so beware if you're planning on purchasing from outside the US and have questions.

Outstanding Customer Support and Repair Service at Apple StoreI recently had an issue with my brand new iPhone 15 where it kept going into SOS mode after setting up the eSIM. Despite the inconvenience of a recurring problem with a flagship device, my experience with the Apple Store's customer service and repair team was nothing short of exceptional. On two separate occasions, the Apple Store team worked diligently to repair my phone. Initially, they replaced the logic board, and when the issue persisted, they promptly addressed it with another necessary repair. This level of commitment to resolving customer issues truly sets Apple apart. What impresses me most is Apple's dedication to customer satisfaction. They stand firmly by their products and go the extra mile to ensure any defects are rectified. This approach is not just about fixing a product; it's about upholding a standard of excellence and customer care.As a business owner myself, I admire this quality and aspire to emulate Apple's customer-centric approach in my own business. While the device had its flaws, the outstanding customer service and repair efficiency deserve a five-star rating. My loyalty to Apple is reinforced by their willingness to correct errors and stand by their customers.Great job, Apple! Your commitment to quality service and customer support is a model for all businesses. Still i have small issues over and over

Ade and Terrance were extremely helpful and compassionate. I was robbed and the thieves forced me to unlock my iphone. All my data was stolen, financial info, lost pics, contacts, etc. Apple's current "security" system rewards criminals via sending a text to authenticate...to a stolen phone a thief is holding. It's been a nightmare and the only bright spots were Ade and Terrance trying to find solutions. Multiple calls to Apple Care provided no solutions. I still don't have access to my apple acct/icloud, but at least I understand why more clearly. Apple will get a class action lawsuit one of these days related to their poor security (all the financial institutions had solutions, only Apple was negligent). But at least they hire great people, smart, knowledgeable, and empathetic, at this location based on the interactions we had.
