I was helped today by Morgan. Morgan was very friendly and helpful. I updated from an old model phone to a newer model phone and Morgan made that process easy and efficient. I liked her customer service so much, that I decided to buy some new pod blue tooth headphones to go with my newer model phone. My experience was super positive. I recommend going to the ATT Grayslake store and ask for Morgan to help you.

What kind of employees are you hiring?! Your store offers the most atrocious customer service I’ve ever thought possible. My phone stopped working earlier today and I left my shop early to get to your store at 5:40 PM. I waited outside until 6:50 PM and the same be back in 30 minute note remained on the door and no one returned or was inside. I banged on the Glass in hopes of waking the slumbering millennial in back to no avail. I understand children these days don’t know what accountability is, but could you at least hire someone who knows what open hours means?
