AutoZone West Madison in Chicago, IL is a leading retailer of auto parts, new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The store was immaculate, the cleanliness and upkeep was fully stocked. The staff was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and personalized support. Great help, perfectly assisted and super helpful at this location. The battery was checked, a new battery was bought and installed, and the car was helped with patient help. The neighborhood AutoZone is strongly recommend for the staff, product and fully stocked store.

I would like to recognize Ligia aka GG for an outstanding customer service experience. I went in for a battery installation and without hesitation she went and installed it, in a matter of minutes in this cold weather. Kudos to this store. Definitely doing all my service here.
