The staff can be pleasant, but some may not greet customers or ask for acknowledgement before adding items to orders. However, some staff are patient and helpful, providing assistance with car diagnosis and repairs, making the experience pleasant for customers.
The staff doesn't go out of their way to greet you, they're on their personal phone, they don't greet you with a hello, they act like they would rather be somewhere else instead of where they are, they don't say thank you.

Whenever I come in this location the male manager always add extra to my order without asking do I want anything else. Like I told the manager before you can’t ring up other items without the customers acknowledgment because you don’t know I person financial stands.
