I came in Autozone did not no what was wrong with my car Shantel the store manager said to me did you check the gas my cap was missing she said buy a cap and some fuel injection cleaner she was really helpful will tell all my family about that store

I bought a part from this store so that I could have radio, and when I found out that I had the wrong part I came back to auto zone to return the part and mi d you in the way to the store I lost the receipt. But thank God the store manager and her co workers made sure and took time for me to be able to return the unwanted part and gave me my refund back . I was more than pleased thank you so much

Today I visited location at 88th Ashland, I was short $7 for a starter and had to go home to get my card that was locked out since the transaction was not complete. Dm Luna assisted me and made it happen for me, I was having a horrible day until she assisted me.

I arrived at 9 pm at the store and they were about to close and even so they attended to me, they don't do that anywhere, I had to change a light bulb in my car and that's how it was, I received very good attention from the person in charge of the place, Lady Shantel Scott and Steph W.

I went up here to look for clear tape for my headlight and they were out of stock. The manager offered to help me with a roll they had in the back and they came out and applied it to my headlight for me.
I had no intention on using their services today, solely went in for a quick purchase. I appreciate their patience and understanding in the way they handled this for me.
I will be back in the near future!!

I first visited the location on 74th n Ashland to purchase a battery and have it installed. According to the clerk no one was on duty with the skills to install a battery. She suggested the location on 88th n Ashland. The only difference at this location they told me they can’t install a battery if the car has a protective box over the batter. My car is a 2018 i believe all cars since the early 2000s have some type of protective bar or box to secure them from thefts. I bought the battery anyway but most people i talked to who had a battery installed by auto zone said the battery box was not an issue for them. So it leads me to believe there is insubordination on the employees end.

Warning do not buy Dura Star gold batteries. I paid 235.00 with a three year guarantee, and the battery went totally dead shortly after 3 years.
