Sadly, the reviews on bad service are accurate. Would not recommend this branch.

A lot of these reviews come from patrons who don’t understand banking and have a sense of entitlement. i hold accounts at multiple banks and credit unions and there needs to be explanation to the common person. 1. The staff is extremely friendly at this location. 2. A lot of people complain about wait times and staffing. It isn’t the locations fault that they are short staffed. Almost EVERY company is short staffed post Covid. And any training is a long intense process. You can’t just train people to work a job in one week. It doesn’t work that way. Also people are complaining about there being one teller. Well the way a bank operates is that everyone has different jobs. If you’re not a teller then you simply have no way to perform teller duties. Unfortunately a lot of banks these days only have 1-2 tellers at a time and even a lot of tellers have the dual job or bouncing between teller and banker. Blame these online banks like Chime, wage hikes and Covid for taking away a lot of these jobs. Don’t blame the workers. They just try their best. And the person complaining about opening an account 45 minutes before closing have you ever thought that maybe the process may take an hour? Or that all the bankers were simply busy and that’s your own fault for entering in a place 45 minutes before closing? You don’t want people walking into your job and telling you how to do your job do you? The sense of entitlement is ridiculous. I set an appointment and was served in a timely manner because I have patience and was well taken care of. A lot of you should really learn some manners.

3 people walking around with iPads asking how they can help. One suggestion would be to turn into a teller because you only have one on the line.

I took time to read all of the reviews so I feel as though I should write one. It seems that a lot of employees would have made a bad reputation for the bank but I have been dealing with this branch since last November and I have been mostly satisfied, I dealt with staff on 3 occasions for transactions Involving credit and information, and each person was able to handle the situation or refer me appropriately. The drive thru atm is perfect for me as I am there almost everyday. I think, based on the reviews, the branch has improved alot because I recently moved to Chicago. There are some details to fine tune, but overall they're headed In the right direction, at this point the current staff maybe just needs the encouragement and support to continue improving. I have no doubt that they will become one of the better branches.

This location is constantly closed with some vague sign posted. When they are open it is usually only 1 teller. They also gave me attitude when I had 6 business deposits to do but they piled up because they were closed for several weeks with no communication. Started the processof moving my business account elsewhere.

Has one person working and the line is going outside every time I’m there. Switching to chase across the street this is so annoying
