This branch is horrible, somebody stole & deposited a check to bank of america (i do not bank here) & nobody can seem to answer a phone to help out with figuring out who stole the check.

I was at Bank of America on a Saturday around noon and only one window was open and there were about 25 people in the bank. The personal banker was walking around hanging up pictures instead of helping to get the customers out…I’m not surprised…bad idea for me to even go to this branch on a Saturday…just a total lack of customer service and just basic concern for people.

Generally, I've never had a problem with this location. I've never seen the line to the tellers too long or static. The extracurricular business is just as non-time consuming and friendly.

The lines be so long and it don't be a lot of employees working just taking their sweet time but this place is convenient if your just trying to hit the ATM machine real quick.

The bank branch office was not accommodating to its customers. The Manager at this location operates as if she is doing you a favor by assisting. I went into this facility Saturday morning 2/20/2021, to simply get a debit card replacement. This process takes about six minutes. I was told that she could "not" assist, and to make an appointment for next week. Her attitude was not personable. Im writing because I want it documented that her behavior was not acceptable and that it is not ok to lead with a can't do attitude.

Always only one teller. The other workers dont come help is the line is long. The craziest thing ever. Also the times online are wrong and they have a paper posted on the door but should update it online.

I’ve been coming to this bank for the past 10 years and within the last three years this bank has had poor service… I have stood in the line more than 40 minutes at times and I only see about 4 workers within the facility and only one of them is a teller… The long lines are very inconveniencing and it’s time consuming, I should not be in a bank for 40 minutes under no circumstances… this bank location on 95th and stony Island need to hire more workers due to this inconvenience I have close my account with Bank of America and no longer want there service… I now bank with TCF Bank and Chase bank

I’m on 95th & Stony now and the one teller moves like a freaking turtle lines aren’t moving at all. Management is no help either. This is ridiculous. Very poor service
